Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the products and services provided by Three Core AI LLC ("Three Core AI," "3CoreAI," "we," "our," or "us"), including LeadDuo, AgileAI, and other related applications and APIs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this AUP and ensure that your employees, contractors, and end users ("Users") also comply. We may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version at https://www.threecore.ai/en/aup. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

2. General Responsibilities

You are responsible for: Using the Services only in accordance with applicable law and this AUP. Ensuring that your Users and any third parties acting on your behalf also comply with this AUP. Maintaining necessary consents and permissions for any personal data you process or transmit through the Services. Evaluating whether the Services provide appropriate safeguards for your intended data or workflow.

3. Prohibited Material

You may not use the Services to display, store, process, transmit, or distribute any material that:

• Infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Contains hate speech, promotes violence or discrimination, or is otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
• Contains obscene, pornographic, or excessively profane material.
• Encourages or advances criminal hacking, phishing, or fraud.
• Contains or distributes viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or other malicious code.
• Promotes illegal drugs, gambling, or contraband.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation, including export control or data-protection laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to, nor permit others to:

• Send communications that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or any applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, or privacy law.
• Send unsolicited or bulk messages, SMS, or emails to recipients without consent.
• Harvest, scrape, or mine personal data or contact information.
• Impersonate another person or entity, including 3CoreAI or its representatives.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Use AI or automation features to generate or disseminate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Use the Services to distribute deepfakes, misinformation, or AI-generated impersonations.
• Violate the rights or safety of others, including minors.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services or related systems.
• Conduct or promote pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or fraudulent investment activities.
• Use SMS alerts for marketing or promotional campaigns unless compliant with all applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any 3CoreAI system or API.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

5. No Disruption or Abuse of Service

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
• Circumvent security or authentication measures.
• Overload, flood, or otherwise disrupt the performance of the Services.
• Use automated systems or scripts that generate excessive API calls or consume extraordinary resources (CPU, bandwidth, memory, etc.).
• Use the Services in a manner that interferes with other users' access.

If you identify a potential vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@threecore.ai. Do not publicly disclose or exploit any issue without written authorization.

6. AI and Automated Features

Some Services include integrations with third-party AI systems (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, or other MCP-compatible tools). By using these AI or automation features, you agree: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and are provided "as-is." You remain responsible for verifying and evaluating any AI-generated content before relying on it. You will not use AI features to automate spam, harassment, or deceptive activity. You will not use AI integrations to process or generate sensitive or personal data in violation of privacy laws. You will comply with all applicable OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party terms.

7. Beta and Experimental Features

Some features, including MCP Access (BETA) or other AI-related tools, may be released as beta or experimental. Such features are provided for evaluation purposes only, may contain bugs, and are subject to change or removal without notice.
